As a faith community we recognise a call to the edge. We follow Jesus as we walk in solidarity with those who are marginalised, and recognise God's presence in the extending and receiving of hospitality. We live out 'social action' by offering a wide and warm welcome, pursuing justice, and by seeking the wellbeing of the whole community.
Debt & Housing Advice
We partner with Speakeasy Law Centre, a free debt and housing advice charity based in Roath. Speakeasy offer regular clinics from trained professionals in the Glenwood Wellbeing Space. Get in touch to find out more, or keep an eye out on our social media for the latest dates and times.
Food Provision
As a partner agency with Foodbank, we can issue up to 3 vouchers every 6 months to those experiencing food crisis. A food parcel can then be collected from St. Phillip Evans Catholic Church LLAN, on a Wednesday or Friday.
The Glenwood Food Club is also available for any household in Llanedeyrn or Pentwyn who would benefit from fresh food at an affordable price, or the TAVS Co-op is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays for those in Roath.
