Welcome to Glenwood Church

Hi! I’m Paul Francis and I’m one of the leaders of Glenwood Church. You’ll see me most Sunday mornings so please do come and find me and say hello. I also work for the church during the week and so if you’d like to meet up to have a chat about anything feel free to contact me by phoning the church on 029 2033 7880 or by emailing me at paul.francis@glenwoodchurch.org

When you first join us you may have all kinds of questions about what goes on, how things work, how to get to know people, what we believe etc. You should find most of this information on the website somewhere as we’ve collected the main bits of information here. May I suggest a few things to start you off? Firstly say hello to someone at the welcome desk on a Sunday morning – they’re there to help you! Secondly, tell them you’d like to come to a welcome meal. We hold these every term or so and it’s an opportunity for you to get to know other people who are thinking about making Glenwood their home and for you to get to know a bit more about us. Thirdly – join a small group. We have groups that meet all over the place at all different times with different focuses. They are a great way of getting to know people, to have fun and find support.

Sunday Morning
Our Sunday services usually consists of a time of worship, a talk by a regular or invited speaker, a ‘faith story’ and sometimes some creative input in the form of dance, poetry or drama. There is full provision for children and young people.  We hope you’ll find us to be a very warm and welcoming church.
